控制器標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置USB2.0接口，可將混料配比數(shù)據(jù)保存到U盤中，便于生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量控制；

所有與原料接觸的部分都由不銹鋼材料制成，防止原料被污染；

可直接安裝在機(jī)器上或選配腳架安裝在機(jī)器旁（含氣動式卸料閥）。

Features

The gravimetric blender is adopted with Multilevel password protection and keep alarm records;

Standard USB2.0 interface is easy for saving recipe data into flash disk, and hence fulfill the quality  control management;

With sound and flash alarm, operators can be informed shortly and evidently for reparation.

All raw material contact parts are made of stainless steel, which can prevent the materials being polluted;

The gravimetric blender can be directly mounted on the injection machine or optional stand frame near the injection machine.

料斗低料位警報開關(guān)；

吸料控制1/0模塊；

氣動式卸料閥（用于直接安裝機(jī)臺上方平臺或架子）；

腳架、氣動式卸料閥、儲料桶及吸料盒（適用腳架安裝型）；

以太網(wǎng)接口、MODBUS、PROFIBUS通訊模塊，可實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控，并與擠出機(jī)、注塑機(jī)等主機(jī)進(jìn)行的數(shù)據(jù)交換。

Floor stand frame, pneumatic slide gate, storage tank and suction box are adapted for floor mounting models.

Ethernet interface,MODBUS,PROFIBUS communication modules, can fulfill the remote monitoring. They can also transfer data with extrusion machines and injection machines .

注：1) 混合配比誤差是指各組份的設(shè)定百分比與實(shí)際百分比的差值；    

2) 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)閥門不適用于粉體計(jì)量；

3) 以上大處理量和混合配比誤差數(shù)據(jù)是以堆積密度0.8kg/L直徑3-4mm、數(shù)據(jù)會根據(jù)原料的特性而變化，如使用不確定物料，請另行商討。

為3~4 mm的顆粒均勻原料以連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)方式測量所得的數(shù)據(jù)。

note：1) Dosing accuracy are refer to each ingredient accuracy ；  

2) standard valves are not suitable powder dosing；

3) Max .output of each model and dosing accuracy are based on the data from bulk density 0.8 ,dia. 3~4mm pellets in a test criteria of continuous running.
